What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver our hampers Australia-wide, with local delivery available across Perth. Local pickup is also available from Bayswater, WA.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! Order before 12pm for same-day delivery across Perth metro suburbs within 35km of the CBD. Please see our Shipping Details for delivery fees and further information.

Can I add a personal message?

Absolutely! You can include a personalised message with your gift. Simply add your message at checkout.

Can I order a hamper for a specific date?

Yes. If you need your hamper delivered on a particular date, please leave your preferred date in the order notes. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available from our Bayswater location. Your order will be ready for collection once you receive your pickup confirmation.

Can I customise a hamper?

Absolutely! We love creating personalised hampers. If you’d like to customise one of our existing hampers, simply get in touch with us via email and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I order multiple hampers to different addresses?

Yes. For multiple deliveries, please contact us and we can help arrange your order.

How are your hampers packaged?

Every hamper is beautifully presented and carefully packaged, ready to gift. Packaging varies depending on the hamper selected.

Can I send a hamper directly to the recipient?

Of course! Simply enter the recipient's delivery address at checkout and we'll take care of the rest.

What happens if the recipient isn't home?

Our courier will follow the delivery instructions provided at checkout. Please ensure the delivery address and any special instructions are correct when placing your order.
