Shipping policy

Deliveries within Perth are hand-delivered by 'us'.  Deliveries to regional WA and other Australian states are sent via a trusted courier or Aus post.

You may also collect gift hampers from our premises in Bayswater WA.  If you wish to collect please contact us via email for location and to arrange a collection time.

Delivery rates

*Delivery times are approximate and our trusted couriers will endeavour to meet this timeframe as they are influenced by road and weather conditions. In some cases a delivery may arrive earlier than stated, but no liability is accepted for deliveries arriving later than stated.

We typically provide the authority to leave (where safe and possible) the gift hamper at your recipients home if unattended, or with a colleague or reception at their workplace if they are unavailable.  Discretion is used when leaving parcels, if they deem it be unsafe, or it is unable to be left due to security gates and the like, then a card will be left to collect the parcel from their local post office or in some cases re-delivery is arranged.  The exception to this rule is for parcels containing alcohol as these gifts must be signed for due to liquor regulations.
